Sales & Refund Policy

Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at the U-TRACK-M, LLC., They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in U-TRACK-M, LLC., product warranties. Your placement of an order at the U-TRACK-M, LLC., constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

Payment Methods

Credit Card - You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet, phone and fax). At the time your order is placed, U-TRACK-M, LLC., obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your account is established by our programmers.
U-TRACK-M, LLC., accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Pay Pal and Discover credit cards.

Credit Card Security Codes - U-TRACK-M, LLC., requires the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.

Order Processing

U-TRACK-M, LLC., will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Return and Refund Policy

After initial start up fee of $99.00 you will receive a free 60 day evaluation of our software to ensure that the product will meet your needs. After 60 days from date of purchase, a reoccurring monthly billing charge of $99.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. There are no refunds. Once the activation code has been issued, no refunds will be given. If a problem should occur, please contact us via support@utrackm.com or telephone. The majority of technical queries can be satisfied immediately. Software from U-TRACK-M, LLC., is available 24/7 through any computer that has internet access. Upon payment verified through Credit Card Company you will receive and email with your account activation code. By purchasing U-TRACK-M, LLC., software you agree to theses Terms & Conditions.
